Weekly Men's Group
Held at beautiful Renew Yoga Studio in Petaluma.This space is a sacred Temple perfect for a Sacred Men’s Circle.
After coming home from the war, I tried every healing modality under the sun. About 12 years ago, I began attending a local Men’s Group. Being witnessed in my truth by other conscious men was profoundly healing and completely different from any other work I’ve done. I felt my integrity reflected back. The men were inspired by my journey and commitment to this work. I began to embody the potential they saw in me. But there was something missing. I had discovered somatic practices such as Breathwork, meditation, Qigong etc and I knew they were essential technologies that could bring the men into deeper presence and clarity.
So I trusted my calling and started my own mens group incorporating these practices and the rest is history. Men in my groups really resonate with these practices and it allows them to access deeper layers of themselves when we move into the sharing our experience. This is when we voice what is alive in us and what we need support around.
Our Men's Group is a sacred space, infused with elements of ritual. Men often sense a primal familiarity, rooted in millennia of gatherings like these embedded in our DNA. Group work has been profoundly transformative, saving marriages, revealing life purposes, and aligning men with their true nature.
